Hello hello!
High-5 for being health conscious and another High-5 for checking what kind of person is providing the information to you!
For those who would like to know the specifics about my background; I grew up in Australia, completed my Psychology Honors Post Grad and worked in the mental health industry. I was lucky enough to study part of my degree in the USA on scholarship and volunteered to work with an amazing not-for-profit in NYC while I was there, assisting disadvantaged woman find employment. I moved to London for travel adventures and to gain international exposure for research purposes, where I completed several nutrition courses in the following fields: Advanced sport and exercise, diet and metabolism, and pre/post natal. I then moved to San Francisco where I currently reside, and completed a Diploma in health, fitness and weight loss, became a certified personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and began working as the Lead Nutritionist for Vitagene, who provide DNA-based health care plans. Since early 2019, I have been focused on providing the insights needed to help life sciences and other healthcare organizations accelerate the development, launch, and dissemination of life-saving treatments to ensure equitable access to healthcare services around the world. The one thing I’d really like to highlight, is how passionate I am about helping others achieve satisfaction and fulfillment in their life, which triggered my recent endeavour to start a blog.
If you would like to know more about my work experience, here is my LinkedIn profile
I’m not going to pretend to be an expert on any one topic. I have self-experimented and educated myself on many health related fields for over 15 years, so that’s the stuff I have a strong opinion on and will be writing about. Reading this is meant to be fun. Feel free to skip the parts that don’t interest you and focus on what is most helpful. You can adapt and change anything you like; the advice I give is generalized but from the heart and I want you to explore it all in your own little lovely way.
